John Maxwell
has written that "Leadership is influence." Every
employer is looking for young men and women who have
some skills in the area of leadership. In many instances
the capacity for leadership is more coveted than a 4.0
GPA. At the BCM, we are committed to helping our
students become great leaders.
Students have the opportunity to learn on the job
leadership skills by participating in the leadership
structure of the BCM. While each area may have a
different structure, all of them rely on student
leaders. Students have an opportunity to develop and
expand their leadership skills in a volunteer setting, a
setting where leadership skills are most eagerly needed.
How
will you use your Influence while on the campus?
