College students are enrolled to gain an education, experience their new
found freedoms, (i.e. no parents, no rules, no set hours, etc.) And not
necessarily in that order! Many view the idea of "spiritual disciplines" as just another list or something else to do!

Christianity is not about doing; it is about being! Once we are "new
creations" (II Cor.5:17), we enter into a relationship, not simply
another way of doing things. The 'what' and 'how' questions are
answered out of the overflow of a heart living in covenant relationship
with Holy God. Dave Edwards writes in The Challenge:

"Christian living for some means embracing Christian principles;
covenant living is about embracing the person of Jesus Christ." (p. 8)

Things like integrity, consistent spiritual growth, speaking and living
a relevant, authentic, and consistent witness, seeking opportunities to
serve in Christ's name, honoring your body as God's temple, dedicated to
a life of purity, and seeking to be Christ like in all relationships[1]
flows from a life and heart living in intimate relationship with God
through the forgiveness and salvation of Jesus Christ and the empowering
of the Holy Spirit. (Luke 9:23)

Certain things aid us to maintain that relationship: Bible study, a
consistent quiet time, daily conversations with God (prayer), regular
fellowship with other believers and eagerly sharing with others how they
too can become Believers and totally related to Jesus Christ as the One
who loves us and gave Himself for us!

There are multiple books and helps for individual study as well as for
group study. It is impossible to list them all, but any of the
collegiate materials from LifeWay Christian Resources is a great place
to start.

IN ADDITION TO WHAT YOU MAY DISCOVER ON YOUR OWN, THERE ARE MULTIPLE BIBLE STUDIES AND DISCIPLESHIP HELPS RIGHT HERE!
